This draft describes the current website implementation. NOVA should review and finalize its privacy notice before public launch.

Inquiries and chat

The contact form requests the details you choose to provide. Online submission is unavailable until a delivery service is configured. An email fallback opens your email application; it does not send automatically.

When live AI is configured, messages and recent conversation context are sent to OpenAI to generate replies grounded in NOVA’s website content. Requests disable response storage; provider retention policies may still apply. Without a key, the assistant is unavailable. This implementation does not save chat transcripts or contact submissions to a database, and application code does not log their contents. Hosting infrastructure may retain ordinary access logs.

Browser storage and analytics

If you choose to continue from chat to a project inquiry, your challenge, industry and timeline are temporarily stored in your browser session and removed when the contact page reads them. No third-party analytics or advertising trackers are configured.
